ETI Oven Thermometer

This stainless steel oven thermometer from ETI features a clear 55mm diameter dial with colour-coded zones to indicate temperature from 0′ to 300’C in 10’C divisions. The green marker indicates the minimum temperature that commercial hot food display units should be kept at. It can be used free-standing or hung from a shelf and is best positioned in the middle of the oven for the most accurate temperature reading.
