All-Clad D3 / TriPly 2 Piece Non-Stick Frying Pan Set

All-Clad pioneered multi-ply cookware in the 1970s with the d3 (also called TriPly) series, when they layered aluminium, an excellent conductor of heat, with stainless steel, which is excellent at being non-reactive, oven-safe up to 250’C, and induction hob-compatible. All that plus three layers of PFOA-free nonstick coating ensure effortless food release and easy clean-up. These pans feel light to lift but are sturdy and stable, with comfortable handles that mould to an underhanded grip and stay cool on the hob. Curved rims allow drip-free pouring. A little heat goes a long way with these heat-responsive pans; like all non-sticks, we don’t recommend going over medium-high heat or putting it in the dishwasher.
