All-Clad d5 Non-Stick Frying Pan

All-Clad is a pioneer of multi-ply cookware, in which metals are bonded together not just at the base but throughout the pan, providing effective, even heating without any hot spots. The d5 range was designed with induction hobs in mind, as its five layers of indestructible metal’18/10 stainless steel exteriors, with two heavy-gauge layers of heat-responsive aluminium in the middle plus a core of stainless steel’help prevent warping. This construction is especially useful in a non-stick pan, as the stainless steel layer helps diffuse the heat so it does not put too much stress on the coating.
