Titanium provides excellent heat retention, which keeps a stable, even temperature that browns and caramelises ingredients nicely. Titanium’s smooth surface also makes it more resistant to sticking, scratching, and pitting. The rims of Hestan NanoBond pans are flared, which allows drip-free pouring. They are also sealed, which makes Hestan NanoBond pans 100% dishwasher safe, as the edges will not sharpen over time. The long ergonomic handles are contoured, which prevents slippage, and have finger guards that protect hands from getting too close to the pan. Hestan NanoBond pans’ flat rivets are easy to clean around, and the pans nest easily within one another.
