This Lodge Combo Cooker will provide endless possibilities for cooking and baking. It’s a deep skillet *and* a full Dutch oven with a lid. Pre-seasoned with 100% natural vegetable oil, it is suitable for use in the oven, on all hobs including induction, on the BBQ, or over a campfire. It has a diameter of 26cm, and the pot has a 3-litre capacity. Cast iron is known for exceptional heat retention, allowing soups, stews and curries to stay warm long after it is off the hob, as well as getting a great sear on meat and vegetables. Like all cast iron cookware, it requires a bit of special attention to clean and maintain; read instructions on how to do that here.
Note: Because Lodge pans aremade using a traditional sand-moulding technique and undergo pre-seasoning before reaching you, there may be minor cosmetic imperfections such as pinholes or smudges on the surface. These are considered normal and do not affect the performance of the pans.
