Mauviel M’Cook 10 Piece Cookware Set

Mauviel’s M’Cook range outperforms standard stainless steel pans by miles. Every pan in this range has outer layers of 18/10 stainless steel and a flat base, which makes it induction-compatible, plus three inner layers of heat-responsive aluminium. The middle layer of that aluminium is pure, meaning there is no adhesive agent in it that slightly weakens its power. Unlike a lot of pans which only have heat-conducting metal like aluminium just at the base, these pans have aluminium all along the sides and to the edge, meaning your food will cook faster and more evenly. Curved pouring rims provide drip-free pouring, and comfortable, stay-cool handles mould to your hand. High-quality stainless steel that’s polished on the outside but brushed on the inside makes clean-up simple.
Note: The Mauviel M’Cook Stockpot and Roasting Pan are made from robust ferritic stainless steel and are suitable for all hobs, including induction. Because the roaster is not 5-ply, hence thinner than the rest of the M’Cook collection, the reaction to overheating is stronger and may result in scorched surfaces.
