The Mauviel M’CookB Non-stick Frying Pan is no ordinary pan’and the added value of PFOA-free non-stick coating makes it even more remarkable. The pan is made of five layers of metal (two layers of stainless steel on the outside, three layers of heat-responsive aluminium in the centre), which extend to the sides and tops of the pans to ensure even heat distribution. Do bear in mind that non-stick coatings are not built to withstand high levels of heat. As with any other non-stick pan, avoid cooking over a medium-high setting.
