The Meater Plus Meat Thermometerincludes 4 wire-free probes with dual sensors to measure food’s internal and ambient temperature. The probes are numbered, so you can use it for cooking different meats or fish at the same time, or the same meat to different levels of doneness (i.e. medium-rare for one person and medium-well for another). It is simple to use: Insert the probe into a piece of meat and select which meat you are cooking on the Meater app ‘ you’ll then see a drop-down menu with different cuts of that meat.
