Fully forged from superior, high carbon, stain-free German steel, the taper-ground blade is very strong and resilient and is joined to the handle with a well-balanced bolster. The handle is made of Santoprene thermoplastic rubber which makes it comfortable to hold and ensures a non-slip grip. This knife is the most versatile knife to own. It is great for cutting a variety of ingredients. Available in 15cm or 21cm.
