Nordic Ware Braided Bundt Pan / 12 Cup

Founded in 1946 in the American state of Minnesota, where most of their goods are still produced, Nordic Ware rose to fame when a national prize-winning cake was made in one of their bundt pans. This is a simpler, more modern take on their original design, and it’s quickly become a classic in its own right. The pan is made of high-quality cast aluminium for perfect heat distribution, plus aneasy-release coating that helps ensure your bundt keeps its beautifully sharp peaks. (Please make sure to still grease your pan before baking’the coating is resistant to sticking but not perfectly non-stick.) The finished cake is wonderful with a dusting of icing sugar or, even better, a glaze, which will fall into the grooves in a way that looks and tastes gorgeous.
